Mr. Dawkins is not going anywhere and will retire as an Eagle, will work for the Eagles after he retires, and will eventually replace Andy Reid as head coach. YOU WATCH!!!!!! Dawkins is straight up hall of fame, and epitomizes the inspiration Philly needs to succeed. Long live Dawk!

I agree with you 100% Reid. Dawkins is my favorite football player of all time. He is everything that a football player should be and you never hear his name in the police blotter. In my mind, he’s a Hall of Famer.

Also, I would pay big time money to see McNabb take off the Red Practice Jersey for one play this off-season and have Dawkins coming flying off the line and knock the living bejesus out of him. That footage would be priceless.

Professional football players have a tendency to get labeled with things such as “huge upside” or “strong armed” but very few are just labeled “Football Player” - Dawkins is the latter, I would take a whole team of guys like him. Guys that play hard, smart and do not get rattled under pressure.
